However, we are beginning to offer more beginner and advanced beginner options as well! Some classes will be more challenging than others depending on the teacher and your experience and strengths. We encourage you to try many classes until you find your niche! Check this page out for more details about levels.

This is normal and very common for many people who initially start dancing with us. We are happy to recommend specific classes or teachers who may be easier to start with to help you ease back in to dance. We also suggest setting your expectations: know that the first few classes will probably feel challenging mentally and physically, and that’s okay! Stay open-minded. The rust will fall off if you show up consistently!

We assure you there is a wide variety of dancers in our classes, in terms of body-types/shapes/colors/gender expressions, and experience level. Most of our dancers do it for the love of dance! There are definitely some dancers who attend who are professional or pre-professional, but we welcome all: we just want you to dance!
